EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY

 

Thank you for choosing FOREIGNER! We strive to provide you with high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. 

Sales Are Final: All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you decide you no longer want the item(s) after the purchase. Please carefully review your order before completing the transaction.

Exchanges: In rare instances, we understand that there may be circumstances where an exchange is necessary. Any exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date. After this period any exchanges will not be accepted. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to the availability of stock. We encourage customers to contact our customer service team at foreignerstore.cs@gmail.com to discuss the details of the exchange request.

Eligibility for Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them. Tags must be attached, and the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations. Please note that items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for exchange.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with both the return of the original item(s) and the shipment of the exchanged item(s).

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
