Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after being placed.

PREORDERS:

For any preorders, please allow 3 weeks for your item to be delivered. We will contact you should there be any delays. Once shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

 UK shipping:

For UK shipping, please allow 3-5 days after processing to receive your order unless you have chosen next day delivery during checkout.

 International shipping:

For international orders, please be aware that customs processing times may affect delivery times. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.

 Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website

 Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, the risk of loss is transferred to the customer.
